Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of Story Mail Co products, all sales are final.

Each Story Mail Co experience includes physical letters and curated inserts designed to be opened, read, and enjoyed immediately upon delivery. Because these items cannot be returned or restocked once opened, we do not offer returns or refunds.


Damaged or Missing Items

We want you to have the full experience as intended.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at writeme@storymailco. com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of any damage (if applicable)

If approved, we will send a replacement for the affected item.


Lost or Undelivered Mail

Story Mail Co is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers.

If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members or neighbors
  • Contacting your local post office

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery window, please reach out and we will review the situation.

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Story Mail Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping fees may apply.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed or canceled.
