3. No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final.

Due to the consumable and experiential nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for details on replacements and exceptions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship physical mail through third-party carriers.

You acknowledge that:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services
  • Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer

We are not liable for lost or stolen mail after confirmed delivery.

Story Mail Co is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
