Thank you for your order and for being part of the Story Mail Co experience.


📦 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase.

Once your order is processed, your first letter will be prepared for shipment in the next outgoing mail cycle.


✉️ How Story Mail Delivery Works

Story Mail Co is a timed letter experience, not a single shipment product.

By purchasing, you agree to receive your letters on a scheduled delivery timeline, rather than all at once.

  • Your first letter ships after processing
  • All remaining letters are mailed every 2 weeks according to our active mailing schedule

Current mailing dates include (but are not limited to):

  • May 5
  • May 19
  • June 2
  • June 16
  • June 30
  • July 14
  • July 28

This schedule continues on a rolling 2-week cycle.


🚚 Shipping Method

Story Mail Co letters are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail.

  • Most letters are sent as standard stamped mail (no tracking)
  • Some orders (such as TikTok Shop purchases or specialty products like box sets) may include tracked shipping

⏳ Estimated Delivery Times

After mailing, delivery typically takes:

  • 3–7 business days within the United States

Please note:

  • These are estimates, not guarantees
  • Postal delays may occur and are outside of our control

📭 Lost or Delayed Mail

Because most Story Mail Co letters are sent without tracking, we cannot guarantee delivery once the item has been mailed.

If your letter has not arrived within 10 business days of a mailing date, please contact us at:

We will review the situation and may offer a replacement at our discretion.


📍 Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Story Mail Co is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Mail that cannot be delivered due to address errors

If an item is returned to us, we can reship it once the correct address is provided. Additional shipping fees may apply.


📬 Delivered but Not Received

If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

We recommend:

  • Checking with household members or neighbors
  • Contacting your local post office

Story Mail Co is not responsible for lost or stolen mail after delivery has been confirmed.
